Location: Los Angeles, CA (100% Onsite)
Pay: $25/hour
Schedule: Monday-Friday (4/10 schedule available)
Contract: Through December 31, 2026

We're looking for a Junior Systems Aide to support a large ServiceNow migration and Audio/Visual (AV) systems project.

This is a great opportunity for someone looking to gain hands-on IT experience. The role combines office-based data entry with occasional travel to multiple sites throughout the Los Angeles area.

Responsibilities

• Enter and update data in ServiceNow as part of a large-scale system migration.

• Visit project sites with the AV team to document audio/visual equipment issues.

• Accurately record information and maintain project documentation.

• Support the project team to help keep the migration and AV assessment on schedule.

Qualifications

• Strong attention to detail and data entry skills.

• Comfortable using computers and learning new software.

• Able to travel to project sites throughout the Los Angeles area.

• Strong communication and organizational skills.

• Reliable transportation is preferred.

• Monday-Friday schedule with the option to work four 10-hour days.

Additional Information

• This position is 100% onsite in Los Angeles.

• A background investigation is required before starting and typically takes 4–6 weeks to complete.

• Interviews are expected to take place in mid-August.
