Are you passionate about making a difference in the lives of seniors? We are looking for compassionate, dependable caregivers to provide high-quality in-home care for older adults throughout Camarillo, Oxnard, Ventura, and nearby areas.
We have part-time and full-time positions available with flexible schedules to fit your lifestyle.
Responsibilities
- Provide hands-on personal care and assistance with daily living activities (ADLs)
- Assist with bathing, dressing, grooming, toileting, and incontinence care
- Support safe mobility, transfers, and ambulation
- Prepare light meals and perform light housekeeping
- Offer companionship and meaningful emotional support
- Provide medication reminders
- Deliver compassionate care for clients living with Alzheimer's, dementia, and other memory-related conditions
- Observe and report changes in clients' condition to the care team
Qualifications
- Previous caregiving experience preferred
- Experience caring for clients with Alzheimer's or dementia is a plus
- Comfortable providing personal care and hygiene assistance
- Compassionate, dependable, and patient
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Valid driver's license and reliable transportation preferred
