Schedule: Monday-Friday, 8:00 AM - 5:00 PM

BG Staffing is seeking an experienced Lead Maintenance Supervisor to oversee maintenance operations at a multifamily apartment community in Woodland Hills, CA. This position is ideal for a hands-on maintenance professional with strong leadership skills, technical expertise, and a commitment to maintaining a safe, well-maintained living environment for residents.
Key Responsibilities
- Supervise daily maintenance operations and provide leadership to onsite maintenance staff.
- Assign, monitor, and complete work orders and preventative maintenance tasks.
- Perform and oversee repairs involving plumbing, electrical, carpentry, appliances, and HVAC systems.
- Ensure apartment turns are completed efficiently and meet company quality standards.
- Maintain community safety, property appearance, and regulatory compliance.
- Coordinate maintenance schedules and prioritize service requests.
- Troubleshoot maintenance issues and implement effective solutions.
- Support emergency maintenance needs as required.
Qualifications
- Previous apartment maintenance supervisory or leadership experience required.
- EPA Type II or Universal Certification required.
- Strong knowledge of HVAC, plumbing, electrical, appliance repair, and general maintenance.
- Proven ability to lead a team, delegate tasks, and manage priorities effectively.
- Excellent problem-solving and organizational skills.
- Must provide and maintain personal tools necessary to perform job duties.
- Reliable, professional, and team-oriented approach.
