We are looking for a Senior Mechanical Project Manager in Riverside to own a portfolio of design-build and plan & spec commercial mechanical projects and mentor project teams.

Responsibilities

• Lead a portfolio of large commercial mechanical projects (HVAC, plumbing, piping, sheet metal), design-build and plan & spec
• Own project financials: budgets, forecasts, schedule of values, billing and margin
• Drive buyout, procurement and subcontract negotiations
• Manage submittals, RFIs, change orders and claims
• Mentor Project Managers, Assistant PMs and Project Engineers
• Build strong relationships with general contractors, owners and engineers
• Oversee MEP coordination using Bluebeam, AutoCAD and Revit MEP
• Champion jobsite safety and quality

Requirements

• 7+ years of commercial mechanical construction project management
• Experience at a mechanical subcontractor managing $5M+ projects
• Expert in Procore, Bluebeam and scheduling tools
• Proven skill with buyout, schedule of values, change orders and cost control
• OSHA 30 preferred; PMP a plus
• Degree in Construction Management, Mechanical Engineering or equivalent experience

Compensation & Benefits

• Salary: $130,000 - $180,000 per year (USD)
