Position Summary & Responsibilities
Provide physical therapy services including patient evaluations, treatment planning, and rehabilitation interventions. Monitor patient progress, adjust care plans as needed, and maintain accurate documentation while collaborating with the healthcare team.
Requirements

Active Physical Therapist license (state licensure required)

Strong clinical and rehabilitation skills

Ability to manage a full patient caseload
