Physical Therapist (PT) – Full-Time | Bakersfield, CA
Schedule: Monday – Friday | 8:00 AM – 4:30 PM (40 hours/week)

Position Details:

Shift: Day Shift | Monday–Friday, 8 hours/day

Setting: Outpatient or Inpatient Rehab (based on facility need)

Status: Full-time contract (40 hours/week)

Start Date: ASAP or upon availability

✅ Responsibilities:

Evaluate and treat patients with a wide range of musculoskeletal and neurological conditions

Develop individualized care plans and set measurable goals
-
Use therapeutic exercises, modalities, and education to restore function and mobility

Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams and maintain clear documentation
-
Promote patient safety, progress, and independence
✅ Requirements:

Active California Physical Therapist License
-
BLS certification (AHA preferred)

Graduation from an accredited PT program
-
Minimum of 1 year of recent PT experience preferred

Excellent communication and time-management skills
-
Patient-centered approach and ability to work independently
