Position Overview

We are seeking a dedicated Speech-Language Pathologist (SLP) to join a school district in the Bay Area for the current school year. This is a contract opportunity providing speech and language services to students while collaborating with educators, families, and other school-based professionals.

Responsibilities

• Provide speech, language, and communication services to students

• Conduct evaluations and assessments as needed

• Develop and implement individualized treatment plans based on student needs and IEP goals

• Monitor and document student progress

• Participate in IEP meetings and contribute to student goals and progress monitoring

• Collaborate with teachers, administrators, families, and related service providers

• Maintain accurate and timely documentation

• Support students in developing effective communication skills across educational settings

Qualifications

• Master’s degree in Speech-Language Pathology

• Valid California SLP license/certification

• ASHA Certificate of Clinical Competence (CCC-SLP) preferred

• Previous school-based experience preferred

• Strong communication, organization, and interpersonal skills

• Ability to work collaboratively as part of a multidisciplinary team
