Key Responsibilities\n

- Conduct comprehensive assessments and evaluations of clients' mental health needs, taking into account social determinants of health and their individual treatment goals.
- Provide individualized one-on-one counseling sessions, addressing a spectrum of mental health and psychosocial issues, from anxiety and depression to trauma and relationship challenges.
- Facilitate engaging group therapy sessions that focus on shared mental health concerns, providing psychoeducation and building support networks among participants.
- Create and implement personalized treatment plans that set measurable goals, integrating evidence-based interventions tailored to the client’s unique circumstances.
- Deliver timely crisis intervention services, which include conducting thorough risk assessments, developing safety plans, and coordinating access to emergency resources as necessary.
- Advocate for clients’ rights and assist them in effectively navigating healthcare and community resources, ensuring they receive the necessary support.
- Maintain meticulous and confidential client records encompassing assessments, treatment plans, progress notes, and outcomes, fully compliant with legal and ethical standards.

Compensation and Benefits\n
We offer a competitive salary ranging from USD 80,000 to 95,000 per year, commensurate with experience, plus a sign-on bonus.
