Our team handles creative strategy, content production, influencer collaborations, and brand storytelling across all Chubby Group locations in the U.S. and globally.
Position Overview
We are seeking a Marketing Lead who is strategic, hands-on, and experienced in driving marketing projects from plan to launch. In this role, you will build and lead marketing plans for multiple Chubby Group brands, coordinating social media, content production, influencer partnerships, and offline events. You’ll work closely with design, video, and restaurant teams to keep brand messaging consistent, deliver projects on time, and support new product launches and store openings.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop marketing plans based on brand positioning and restaurant needs, defining project goals, timelines, and resource allocation.
- Oversee social media, content production, influencer collaborations, and offline events to ensure consistent brand messaging and on-time delivery.
- Coordinate design, photography, video editing, and restaurant teams to drive new product launches, grand openings, and ongoing marketing campaigns.
- Track marketing performance and budget spend, lead post-campaign reviews, and optimize content and promotion strategies based on data.
- Establish clear task ownership and workflows, monitor team deliverable quality, and resolve execution issues promptly.
- Report project progress, key results, and recommendations to leadership.
Qualifications
- Proven experience independently planning and executing marketing projects.
- Strong familiarity with Instagram, TikTok, Xiaohongshu (RedNote), and similar platforms, with a solid understanding of content marketing, influencer partnerships, and brand events.
- Strong team coordination and project management skills, with the ability to manage marketing initiatives across multiple brands or locations at once.
- Data-driven and budget-conscious, with the ability to turn business needs into clear execution plans and measurable KPIs.
- Fluent in English and Mandarin Chinese, with the ability to collaborate effectively with internal teams, restaurant staff, and external partners.
- Proactive, sound judgment, and able to prioritize effectively and drive problems to resolution.
Preferred Skills
- Experience in restaurant, retail, or lifestyle brands is strongly preferred.
- Experience managing multi-location or multi-brand marketing.
