The Role
The client is hiring its first Founding GTM Engineer to build the automated systems behind its revenue motion from scratch. This is a base-only, no-quota role at the intersection of engineering and go-to-market, treating pipeline and outbound as engineering problems to be instrumented, iterated, and scaled.
Tech stack: APIs, automation and LLM-powered tooling, CRM architecture, and custom-built systems (beyond off-the-shelf tools).
Requirements
- 2+ years of GTM engineering, RevOps, or growth-engineering experience
- SEO and GEO proficiency (near deal-breaker if absent)
- Builds with code and APIs, not just configures tools
- AI-native workflows
- On-site in SF, 5 days a week (9am–7pm)
- An AEO or GEO company background a strong plus
