City Signs is hiring a project manager, and we’re looking for someone exceptional: someone who naturally takes charge, follows through without reminders, and finds better ways to do things. Industry experience isn’t required; we’ll train the right person. We care less about your job title history and more about how you think, how you work, and how fast you learn.
Our project managers keep custom sign projects moving from contract to installation. That means coordinating customers, designers, fabricators, installers, permits, and subcontractors, often across many projects at once. It’s a demanding role for someone who’s organized, quick on their feet, and genuinely good with people.

What you’ll learn and do
- Manage sign projects from signed contract through installation and closeout
- Be the main point of contact for customers
- Coordinate design, permitting, fabrication, and installation schedules
- Work with subcontractors and installation partners
- Track deadlines, costs, and project documentation
- Help improve our processes as we grow
Requirements
- Management experience: supervising people, running projects, or coordinating teams or operations
- Proficient with computers, including Microsoft Outlook and Word
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
- Able to manage multiple tasks and priorities at once
- A track record of excellent, organized work
Helpful, but not required
- Experience in construction, signs, or a related trade
- Experience reading drawings or plans
- Scheduling, logistics, or customer-facing experience
- Excel and QuickBooks experience
- Military leadership experience
Schedule: Full-time, Monday–Friday. Occasional early, late, or weekend client meetings. Overtime as needed.
