We're recruiting on behalf of a well-established independent community pharmacy in Chester, California, seeking a patient-focused Pharmacist to join its close-knit team.

What's on Offer
- $80.00 per hour
- Full-time, permanent position - 40 hours per week
- Monday-Friday only
- Working hours: 8:45 AM - 5:15 PM
- No evenings or weekends

The Role
You'll play a key role in delivering exceptional patient care while overseeing the safe and accurate dispensing of prescriptions in a busy community pharmacy processing approximately 200 prescriptions per day.
Responsibilities include:
- Dispensing prescriptions accurately and efficiently
- Providing medication counselling and clinical advice to patients
- Administering immunizations
- Performing point-of-care testing services
- Working collaboratively with pharmacy technicians and support staff
- Ensuring compliance with all state and federal pharmacy regulations
- Building strong relationships with patients and healthcare providers
- Contributing to a positive, patient-first culture
What We're Looking For
- Active California Pharmacist license in good standing
- Strong community/retail pharmacy experience preferred
- Confident administering immunizations
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Passion for delivering outstanding patient care
- Ability to thrive in a collaborative team environment
