We are seeking a reliable and detail-oriented Assembly & Installation Technician to join our team. This position involves assembling and installing outdoor and residential products including gazebos, pergolas, playsets, sheds, and similar structures.
Responsibilities:
- Assemble and install outdoor structures according to manufacturer instructions and company standards
- Safely use hand tools and power tools to complete installations
- Load, unload, and transport materials to job sites
- Measure, level, align, and secure structures properly
- Maintain a clean and organized work area
- Communicate professionally with customers and team members
- Follow all safety procedures and guidelines
- Troubleshoot minor installation issues in the field
Requirements:
- Basic to intermediate tool knowledge and experience (including drills, impact drivers, levels, measuring tools, wrenches, etc.)
- Ability to read and follow assembly instructions and diagrams
- Comfortable working outdoors in various weather conditions
- Ability to lift and carry 50+ lbs and perform physical labor
- Strong attention to detail and problem-solving skills
- Reliable transportation and punctual attendance
- Prior assembly, construction, carpentry, or installation experience preferred but not required
