Executive Recruiting Center (ERC Staffing) is looking for experienced In-House Recruiters to join our growing team!
Pay: $21.00 – $23.00 per hour, based on experience
AVAILABLE SHIFTS:
1st Shift
Monday–Friday
8:30 AM – 5:00 PM
2nd Shift
Monday–Friday
12:00 PM – 8:30 PM
RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Recruit and screen candidates for open positions
- Conduct phone interviews and candidate follow-ups
- Assist with onboarding and new-hire paperwork
- Maintain communication with candidates and employees
- Fill high-volume staffing orders in a timely manner
- Maintain accurate recruiting records and candidate information
- Work closely with the recruiting and operations team to meet client staffing needs
QUALIFICATIONS:
- Previous recruiting or staffing experience preferred
- Bilingual English/Spanish strongly preferred
- Strong communication and customer service skills
- Comfortable working in a fast-paced, high-volume environment
- Organized and able to manage multiple priorities
- Dependable with excellent attendance and follow-through
- Basic computer and data-entry skills
