Job DescriptionAbout the Role:AD Pizza Corp is looking for an energetic and customer-focused In-Store Associate to join our team in Corona, CA! Responsibilities:
- Greet and assist customers in a friendly, professional manner to ensure an exceptional dining experience
- Take and process customer orders accurately, both in-person and over the phone
- Prepare and assemble pizza and other menu items following company recipes and quality standards
- Handle cash and card transactions using the POS system with accuracy
- Maintain a clean, organized, and sanitary work environment in compliance with food safety standards
- Restock ingredients, supplies, and packaging materials as needed
- Collaborate with team members to ensure smooth, efficient store operations during peak hours
Requirements:
- No prior experience required — a positive attitude and willingness to learn are a must
- Strong customer service and communication skills
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and multitask effectively
- Reliable, punctual, and a dependable team player
- Ability to stand for extended periods and lift up to 25 lbs
- Food handler's card or willingness to obtain one upon hire
- Flexible availability including evenings, weekends, and holidays
