We’re a seafood market and restaurant looking for reliable, friendly team members to join us! No expert seafood knowledge required—we’ll teach you what you need to know on the job.
What You’ll Do
- Help Customers: Greet people, take orders, answer simple questions, and run the cash register.
- Handle Seafood Orders: Pick out seafood orders for customers and pass them to our fish cutters for filleting or trimming.
- Maintain the Display: Keep price tags accurate, restock display counters, and ensure items look neat.
- End-of-Shift Clean Up: Wipe down counter areas, clean display cases, and help reset the shop at the end of the day.
What We’re Looking For
- Reliable & On Time: Shows up consistently for scheduled shifts (including weekend availability).
- Friendly Attitude: Good communication, a pleasant attitude with customers, and common-sense problem solving.
- Seafood & Environment: Comfortable handling raw fish/seafood and working in a chilly/refrigerated market environment.
- Physical Capability: Able to lift up to 40 lbs (boxes) and stand for long periods.
- No Experience Necessary: As long as you’re eager to learn and ready to work, we’re happy to train you!
Hours & Schedule
- Operating Hours: Open 7 days a week from 6:00 AM – 3:00 PM.
- Shifts: Opening shifts start at 5:30 AM (for setup); closing shifts finish up after register closeout and cleaning.
