Corporate Banking Officer

We have an opening for a Corporate Banking Officer is lead preparation of credit memos and approval packages, analyze financial statements and projections assess risk. Oversee ongoing portfolio monitoring, covenant compliance, waivers/amendments, annual reviews, early identification of deterioration, and communication with risk management
Bachelors degree in Business, Finance, Banking, or related field prefer. Minimum 3-5 years increasingly responsible experience in commercial lending, real estate, and consumer lending , and SBA loan. Excellent oral communication skills. Ability to define problems, analyze data.. Excellent written communication skills, and the ability to clearly and concisely express analytical conclusions and recommended actions with tact and diplomacy. Ability to use knowledge, experience, discretion and independent judgment in solving problems and answering questions in a fast-paced, changing environment.
