What We’re Looking For:
- Active licensure and credentials to practice Occupational Therapy
- Demonstrated previous experience in a school setting (required)
- Strong understanding of individualized educational plans (IEPs) and related documentation
- Excellent communication and teamwork skills
- Adaptability to support students across various school environments
What You’ll Do:
- Deliver direct occupational therapy services to students, focusing on individualized goals
- Conduct assessments and help develop IEPs as part of a collaborative team
- Partner with teachers, aides, and families to encourage student progress and participation
- Consult on classroom modifications and strategies for student success
- Maintain accurate, timely documentation in accordance with school district policies
- Work a steady shift—7.5 hours per day—between up to three school sites
