Job DescriptionCNC OperatorSchedule: Monday–Friday, 7:00 AM–3:30 PM
Overtime: Some overtime may be required
Industry: Aerospace ManufacturingPay Rate: $23 or more DOE
Responsibilities
- Safely operate CNC lathe and mill machinery.
- Read and interpret blueprints and manufacturing instructions.
- Properly load and unload castings and raw materials into CNC machines.
- Use gauges and measuring instruments to verify parts meet required tolerances.
- Perform routine cleaning and light maintenance of CNC equipment.
- Follow AS9100D requirements and established safety procedures.
- Comply with quality policies, specifications, regulations, and work instructions.
- Maintain a safe and organized work area.
Qualifications
- High School Diploma or GED required.
- At least 1 year of related machining experience and/or training preferred.
- Equivalent combinations of education and hands-on training will be considered.
- Ability to read and interpret blueprints.
- Familiarity with gauges and measuring instruments.
- CNC lathe and/or CNC mill experience is preferred.
- Entry-level candidates with relevant machine shop or CNC training may be considered.
- Must be able to follow safety and quality procedures in a manufacturing environment.
