Position Tittle: Receiving, Operations Associate
Working Hours: 8 AM to 4:30 PM (OT as needed)
Working Days: Monday through Friday (Saturday's as needed)
Pay Rate: $18.50/Hr. to $19/Hr. (DOE)
Position Summary:
Operations Associates perform a wide variety of general warehouse and material handling activities to support the successful receipt, coordination, and safe movement of goods through the warehouse. This role helps ensure orders are processed accurately and dispatched on time, to the correct destinations, and in the expected quantities.
Operations Associates may specialize in one or more functional areas—such as Inventory Control, Order Processing, or Transportation—or may rotate across departments as business needs require. Work includes receiving, stocking, picking, packing, verifying, labeling, and shipping product efficiently to meet customer and operational goals.
Key Responsibilities:
- Receive inbound product and verify items, quantities, and condition
- Stock and organize inventory in assigned locations
- Pick, pack, verify, and label orders to ensure accuracy and on-time shipment
- Prepare shipments for dispatch to appropriate destinations
- Support inventory control activities as needed (counts, location checks, discrepancies)
- Follow all warehouse safety policies and procedures to ensure safe handling of goods
- Maintain a clean, organized, and efficient work area
- Other duties may be assigned
Requirements/Skills:
-Computer Literacy
-Customer Focused
-Time management & prioritization skills
-Great problem solving and decision making
-H.S. Diploma or GED
-Be able to lift up to 50 Lbs.
- Warehouse setting with frequent movement, standing/walking, and handling of products/parts
- Role may involve working across multiple departments depending on daily volume and priorities
