Position Overview
\n
We are seeking a full-time, permanent Clinical Laboratory Scientist (CLS), Medical Laboratory Scientist (MLS), or Medical Technologist (MT) to work as a generalist across multiple laboratory departments.
\n
Key Responsibilities Include:
\n
- \n
- Performing testing in Chemistry, Hematology, Coagulation, Microbiology, and Blood Bank
- Producing accurate and timely laboratory results
- Operating, maintaining, and troubleshooting advanced laboratory equipment
- Following quality-control, safety, and regulatory standards
- Collaborating with physicians and other healthcare professionals
- Supporting high-quality patient care in a community hospital setting

Qualifications:
\n

- Required: Current California Clinical Laboratory Scientist license
- Required: Bachelors Degree in Clinical Laboratory Science, Medical Laboratory Science or related field
- Preferred: ASCP certification as an MLS or MT
- Preferred: Generalist experience
- Willingness to work across all major laboratory departments
