Framever Media is looking for outgoing and motivated individuals to join our team in a fast paced restaurant photography environment. This role combines photography, guest interaction, and sales, creating a high energy position where personality, confidence, and performance matter.
You'll capture professional photos of restaurant guests, create a memorable experience, and present printed framed photos directly on site. This is not a sit behind a computer editing job. We're looking for individuals who are comfortable interacting with new people, working with urgency, and staying active throughout the shift.
This is a quota driven, sales focused role. Success depends on your ability to confidently approach guests, sell and upsell multiple photos, and take advantage of every opportunity throughout the night. Strong performers are proactive, energetic, and know how to maximize each interaction.
Nights and weekends are the highest earning shifts and offer the most opportunity for strong performers.
No professional photography experience is required. We provide training, equipment, and hands on development. Personality, confidence, and willingness to learn matter more than prior experience.
All new hires begin as a Photo Assistant at $18.42 per hour to learn the workflow, equipment, and guest experience process. Strong performers can quickly advance into Entry Photographer and Photographer roles with commission based earning opportunities and significantly higher income potential. Top performers regularly earn $25 to $35 per hour equivalent through commission. Growth opportunities into leadership and management are available for strong performers.
Responsibilities
- Capture high quality, natural photos of guests
- Approach tables and create a fun, comfortable experience
- Work quickly and confidently in a busy environment
- Present and sell printed framed photos on the spot
- Stay active on the floor and keep momentum throughout the shift
- Manage your workflow from shooting to final product delivery
- Represent the brand with energy and professionalism
Qualifications
- You enjoy being around people and can hold a conversation easily
- You're confident, outgoing, and not afraid to take initiative
- You can move fast and stay sharp under pressure
- Photography experience is a plus, but personality matters more
- Sales or customer facing experience is a strong plus
- Available for nights and weekends
