Job Summary
We’re looking for a reliable Material Handling Floater to support warehouse, production, and facility operations. This is a hands-on role involving material movement, packaging, palletizing, and general labor as needed across different departments.
Responsibilities
- Load, unload, move, stage, and organize materials
- Assist with receiving, inventory counts, and material verification
- Package cabinets and finished goods, including palletizing
- Use pallet jacks and hand trucks when trained and authorized
- Perform general labor, sorting, lifting, and organizing
- Maintain a clean and safe work area
- Follow all safety policies and PPE requirements
- Support production and other departments as assigned
Qualifications
- Warehouse, manufacturing, or material handling experience preferred
- Reliable and punctual with a strong work ethic
- Able to follow instructions and work independently or as part of a team
- Comfortable working in a fast-paced environment
Physical Requirements
- Ability to stand, walk, bend, stoop, and reach throughout the day
- Ability to lift and carry up to 50 lbs. regularly
- Comfortable performing repetitive physical tasks
