Entry-Level Machine Operator
We are seeking motivated and dependable individuals for an Entry-Level Machine Operator position. No prior machine operating experience is required; training will be provided. The ideal candidate should be reliable, safety-conscious, willing to learn, and comfortable working in a fast-paced manufacturing environment.
Available Shifts:
- 1st Shift: 5:00 AM – 5:00 PM
- 2nd Shift: 5:00 PM – 5:00 AM
- 2nd Shift: 3:00 PM – 2:00 AM
- Graveyard Shift: 12:00 AM – 8:30 AM
Job Responsibilities:
- Operate and monitor production machinery according to company procedures.
- Load and unload materials from machines.
- Inspect products for quality and report any defects or issues.
- Follow production schedules and meet daily production goals.
- Maintain a clean and organized work area.
- Follow all company safety policies and procedures.
- Perform basic machine adjustments as needed after training.
- Work effectively as part of a team.
Qualifications:
- Entry-level candidates are encouraged to apply.
- Manufacturing or machine operating experience is a plus, but not required.
- Ability to stand for extended periods and perform repetitive tasks.
- Strong attendance and punctuality.
- Ability to follow written and verbal instructions.
- Must be willing to work the assigned shift and overtime as needed.
- Ability to work safely in a manufacturing environment.
