Team Lead – Cleaning Services

We are looking for a reliable and motivated Team Lead to oversee evening cleaning operations and help ensure all assigned facilities are cleaned to company standards.

Responsibilities:

• Lead and support a team of cleaning employees.
  
  
• Assign and monitor daily cleaning duties.
  
  
• Inspect completed work to ensure quality and cleanliness standards are met.
  
  
• Communicate with management regarding staffing, supplies, and any issues.
  
  
• Train and assist employees as needed.
  
  
• Follow all company safety and cleaning procedures.
  
  
• Evening work is required, with occasional weekend work as needed.
  
  

Requirements:

• Previous supervisory experience preferred.
  
  
• Reliable transportation and dependable attendance.
  
  
• Ability to work evening hours and occasional weekends.
  
  
• Must be able to pass a drug screening and background screening.
  
  
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  
  
• Strong communication and organizational skills.
