- High school diploma or equivalent required; additional education or relevant certification is a plus
Key Responsibilities:
- Assist classroom teachers in delivering instructional activities and managing classroom routines
- Support individual students or small groups to reinforce lessons and help with assignments
- Contribute to the maintenance of a safe, inclusive, and productive learning environment
- Provide guidance and encouragement to students, fostering their social and academic growth
- Assist teachers with classroom organization, materials preparation, and record-keeping
- Participate in staff meetings, training sessions, and professional development as required
