Farmers Insurance is seeking motivated, entrepreneurial professionals who are interested in building and owning their own insurance agency.

As an Agency Owner, you will build relationships in your community, develop a team, grow a book of business, and operate your agency with the support, training, products, and brand strength of Farmers Insurance.

What You’ll Do\n
As an Agency Owner, you will:

- Build and manage your own insurance agency
- Develop new personal lines, commercial, life, and financial-services business
- Recruit, train, and lead agency staff
- Build long-term relationships with customers and referral partners
- Create and execute local marketing and business-development strategies
- Manage agency operations, sales activity, customer retention, and growth
- Develop a business that can create long-term income and equity value

What We’re Looking For\n
We are interested in professionals with backgrounds in sales, management, finance, insurance, real estate, banking, business ownership, leadership, or other relationship-driven industries.
