About Us:
We are a growing firm providing outsourced accounting and advisory services to over 100 clients. We’re seeking a motivated Accounting Manager with an active California CPA license to lead our accounting team in-house. This role reports directly to the partners and supervises five bookkeepers/junior accountants.
What You’ll Do:
· Lead client accounting projects (month-end/year-end, budgets, financials, KPIs)
· Supervise, train, and mentor a small accounting team
· Ensure compliance with GAAP, tax regulations, and internal controls
· Partner with clients on budgeting, forecasting, and financial analysis
· Improve processes and leverage cloud-based accounting platforms

Requirements:
· Bachelor’s in Accounting/Finance
· Active California CPA license
· 5–7+ years progressive accounting experience, including 2+ years in a supervisory role
· Public accounting/client service experience preferred
