Job DescriptionPosition: Repair Operator
Location: Orange, CA
Pay Range: $18 - $22 per hour
Monday - Thursday from 4am - 2:30 pm
ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS: (But not limited to the following)
- Reviews notes on operation and repairs parts to work order specifications.
- Removes all defects on parts such as cracks, shear, dry cracks, dents, sharp edges, etc
- Takes order/parts to work station for repair
- Uses correct burr to remove defects, ensuring burr is lubricated
- Notifies lead of deep defects, missing parts, work order problems or operations
- Counts parts, completes work order operation after completing work and forwards to lead for stamp
- Forwards work order to proper individual for movement in the system and forwards order/parts to the next operation
- Must contribute to a positive work environment.
- Support and ensure compliance to ISO 9002/AS9100 Support and maintain Quality Policy. Maintain 5 “S” standard.
- Other duties assigned.
QUALIFICATIONS:
- Must possess basic reading skills, for reading work order specifications
- Must possess ability to count
- Must possess basic writing skills for work order completion
- Ability to pass Process Repair training
- Ability to input basic information in system
