About Blast & Brew

Blast & Brew is an American eatery and tap house serving wood-fired artisan pizza, gourmet burgers, chef-selected sandwiches, and a deep craft beer list. We're opening our newest location in Concord, CA, and we're building our opening team from the ground up.

Opening a restaurant means every role matters from day one. At Blast & Brew we run as one team — front of house and kitchen working side by side, looking out for each other through every shift. We offer flexible scheduling, competitive pay, and real room to grow as the restaurant grows.

Positions Available

Server — Take care of guests from greeting to check, guiding them through our menu and tap list.
Pizza Artisan — Hand-toss, build, and fire our Neapolitan-style pizzas in the brick oven.
Cook — Run a station on the line, cooking burgers, sandwiches, and entrées to order.
Prep — Get the kitchen ready for service with daily prep, portioning, and ingredient setup.
Dishwasher — Keep dishes, glassware, and the kitchen moving so service never slows down.
Supervisor — Lead shifts on the floor, support the team, and keep guest experience on point.
Kitchen Lead — Direct the back of house during service, holding the line to our quality and timing standards.
