The Project Manager will oversee residential outdoor construction projects in the paver/hardscape/landscape field, leading small project teams and ensuring successful execution through effective planning, coordination, and monitoring. This role requires frequent onsite and project site visits and involves direct reporting to senior management to maintain project standards and deadlines.
Responsibilities
- Customer communications
- Plan project timelines and milestones
- Manage budgets and control costs
- Coordinate schedules among teams and subcontractors
- Enforce quality control standards
- Monitor project progress and report updates
Preferred Qualifications
- 2+ years experience in construction project management
- Knowledge of construction management principles
- Experience with project scheduling tools
- Proficient in budgeting and cost control
- Strong communication skills
- Bilingual English/Spanish(preferred but not required)
