Job Description\n
The Physical Therapist will provide care across multiple settings, including acute, outpatient, skilled nursing facilities, and the emergency department. They will create and implement individualized physical therapy programs aimed at enhancing physical functioning, alleviating pain, and preventing dysfunction.
Responsibilities\n

- Conduct initial examinations and evaluate patient data to formulate diagnoses and treatment plans.
- Perform and document therapy interventions tailored to meet individual patient needs.
- Administer manual exercises and therapeutic modalities to improve strength and prevent disability.
- Monitor treatment progress and modify interventions as necessary to enhance patient outcomes.
- Collaborate with patients, medical staff, and other healthcare providers to develop comprehensive care plans.
- Train and oversee physical therapy assistants in delivering quality patient care.
- Participate in quality improvement initiatives and adhere to safety and infection control protocols.

Required Experience\n

- Current California Physical Therapist License.
- Basic Life Support (BLS) certification.
- Effective communication skills in English; proficiency in other languages preferred.
- Knowledge of physical therapy equipment operation and maintenance.
