Job DescriptionSchedule:Monday – Friday4:30 AM – 2:00 PMSome Saturdays requiredPosition Summary:We are seeking an experienced Maintenance professional to lead and support maintenance operations in a food manufacturing environment. This role requires a strong background in electrical systems, troubleshooting, PLCs, and welding, along with proven stability and leadership in previous roles.Key Responsibilities:Oversee and perform maintenance on production equipmentTroubleshoot and repair electrical systems and PLCsPerform welding and mechanical repairs as neededEnsure preventive and corrective maintenance programs are executedMinimize downtime and support continuous production operationsMaintain compliance with food safety and safety standardsCoordinate maintenance activities and support production teamsJob Requirements:Minimum 10 years of progressive maintenance experienceStrong experience with electrical systems, PLC troubleshooting, and weldingFood industry experience requiredProven job stability in previous rolesAbility to work early morning shifts and weekends as neededMust submit a resume
