### Become a Key Player as a Production Assembler 1

You will help the production team assemble small mechanical and electromechanical components to meet quality and schedule targets. Your work supports manufacturing output and downstream stakeholders on a M–Th, 5:00am–3:30pm, 1st-shift onsite schedule. You will follow detailed instructions and safety procedures to deliver consistent, high-quality assemblies.

### Here's How You'll Make an Impact on the Team

- Perform routine mechanical and electromechanical assembly of small parts/components following work instructions and procedures

- Review shop traveler/route cards or simple schematic drawings to confirm operation sequence

- Position very small parts under a binocular microscope using tweezers or fixtures

- Adjust, bend, align, and solder fine wires to resistors and base parts

- Bond or seal parts/assemblies with epoxy and perform in-process testing

- Follow and demonstrate safety policies and procedures

- Maintain regular, consistent, and punctual attendance and be available for variable schedules or additional hours as needed

### Here's What You'll Need to Be Successful in This Role

- 6 months to 1 year of relevant assembly or mechanical experience

- Secondary Certificate / High School Diploma or equivalent combination of education and experience (preferred)

- Good mechanical aptitude and manual dexterity for working with small parts

- Ability to operate hand tools and light machinery

- Ability to read and interpret safety rules, operating/manufacturing instructions, policies, and procedures

- Basic mathematics and problem-solving skills using established procedures

- Effective oral, written, and interpersonal communication skills

### Pay Range

$16.00 - $20.00/hour
