Qualifications and Experience:• Master’s degree in Speech-Language Pathology
• Current ASHA Certificate of Clinical Competence (CCC)
• Valid state licensure (or eligibility for licensure) as a Speech-Language Pathologist
• Strong clinical skills in assessment, diagnosis, and therapy of speech/language disorders
• Previous experience in school-based or pediatric settings preferred
• Excellent communication, collaboration, and organizational abilities
• Compassionate, adaptable, and dedicated to facilitating student growth
Responsibilities:• Conduct comprehensive evaluations to identify speech, language, and communication needs
• Develop and implement individualized education program (IEP) goals in collaboration with educational teams
• Deliver evidence-based therapy services to students individually and in groups
• Monitor student progress and maintain thorough documentation as required
• Coordinate with teachers, families, and other service providers to support student achievement
• Participate in IEP meetings, staff consultations, and professional development activities
