We are seeking a dedicated and detail-oriented Harness Assembler to join our dynamic team in El Segundo, CA. In this role, you will play a critical part in the assembly of high-quality harnesses that meet our rigorous standards. Responsibilities

  • Assemble electrical and mechanical harnesses according to specifications and blueprints.
  • Conduct quality checks to ensure all products meet safety and performance standards.
  • Utilize various tools and equipment to complete assembly tasks efficiently.
  • Collaborate with team members to optimize assembly processes and improve productivity.
  • Maintain a clean and organized workspace to promote safety and efficiency.
  • Document assembly processes and report any issues to the supervisor.
  • Participate in training sessions to enhance skills and knowledge of assembly techniques.

Qualifications

  • High school diploma or equivalent; technical training in electronics or assembly preferred.
  • Previous experience in harness assembly or a related field is a plus.
  • Strong attention to detail and ability to follow instructions accurately.
  • Proficient in using hand tools and assembly equipment.
  • Ability to work independently as well as part of a team.
  • Good communication skills and a positive attitude.
  • Willingness to learn and adapt to new processes and technologies.

The salary range for this role is an estimate based on a wide range of compensation factors, inclusive of base salary only. Actual salary offers may vary based on (but not limited to) work experience, education and training, critical skills, and business considerations.
