Physical Therapist Assistant (PTA)

Locations: Multiple locations in CA
Job Type: Full-Time
Pay: $32.00-$38.00/hr (DOE) + Performance Incentives
Setting: Outpatient Physical Therapy

Responsibilities

Provide evidence-based physical therapy treatments.
Implement treatment plans established by the Physical Therapist.
Deliver patient-centered care and maintain accurate documentation.
Ensure compliance with PT regulations and standards.
Collaborate with patients and healthcare team members.

Qualifications

Graduate of an APTA/CAPTE-accredited PTA program.
Active California PTA license.
Current BLS certification (AHA).
Strong communication and organizational skills.
