We are looking for a skilled Production Supervisor (2nd shift) to join our team in Huntington Beach, CA. This is an on-site position based in Huntington Beach, CA. JOB SUMMARY
The Production Supervisor is responsible for ensuring the manufacture of quality products, on-time, and in an efficient manner through the effective management of a direct product line of the Company.
*This position is for 2nd shift (3:30 pm - 12:00 am) and includes a 15% shift differential on top of the base pay.

- Manage daily production within a certain product line
- Monitor all phases of the production process, ensuring compliance with established procedures, manufacturing standards, and approved processes within specific production line
- Plan, schedule, and coordinate production line activities to meet customer demands with on-time delivery
- Partner with Plant Manager, determine production head count needs; re-allocate existing personnel or requests additional resources as needed
- Partner with Plant Manager and Human Resources, maintain staff by recruiting, selecting, orienting, and training employees; ensure employees are trained properly for their respective function and are aware of the QMS and related procedures governing the manufacture of aerospace products
- Lead small team ensuring production results through communicating job expectations; planning, monitoring, and appraising job results; work in conjunction with Plant Manager and Human Resources on coaching, counseling, disciplining employees; developing, coordinating, and enforcing systems, policies, procedures, and productivity standards
- Maintain a safe, secure, and legal work environment, adhering to all state and federal regulations, wage and hour regulations, and Company policies and procedures
- Contribute to team effort by accomplishing related results as needed
- Maintain and protect the confidentiality of the Company’s information and products
GENERAL QUALIFICATIONS – Education, Knowledge, and Experience
Education:
- High School Diploma or GED equivalent is required
- Associate Degree, Trade/Technical School, and/or Bachelors Degree is desired
Experience:
- 6+ years’ experience, or equivalent combination of education and experience
Skills:
- Technical capacity, problem solving/analysis, leadership, project management, initiative, time management, and communication proficiency
Other:
- Must be able to work the scheduled second shift from 3:30pm - 12:00am PST
- Extended or irregular hours may be required.
- Must be authorized to work in the United States.

COMPENSATION & BENEFITS
Elevate Aircraft Seating offers competitive wages and benefits to recognize employees for their work. The base pay offered will vary depending on job-related knowledge, skills, location, experience and take into account internal equity.
Hourly Rate Transparency: $27.00 - $37.00 per hour with an additional 15% shift differential pay offered for working 2nd shift.
