Job Description
About Refold AI
\n
\n
Enterprise integrations are still built by hand, one customer at a time, by a human supply chain of consultants. We think that's the last big software category that hasn't been automated — and we're automating it.
\n
\n
Refold is the AI integration delivery layer. Our agents build, test, deploy, and maintain integration workflows inside our customers' own products, white-labeled, up to 90% faster. Trained on millions of real-world contexts across SAP, Oracle, Workday, NetSuite, and Salesforce, we turn integration work that used to take quarters into days — and then keep it running, because the agents detect failures and repair mappings themselves.
\n
\n
Traction: 30+ paying enterprise customers, 1,500+ active users, 10M+ API calls processed daily, seven-figure ARR. Customers include Incorta, Kantata, Coupa, Naehas, OvationCXM, and Zycus. The results are the pitch: Kantata ships integrations 75% faster with 8x delivery capacity; Incorta cut time-to-go-live by 70% and recovered 8,000+ engineering hours; Naehas went from 3–5-month builds to 90% faster delivery.
\n
\n
Refold was founded by Jugal Anchalia and Abhishek Kumar, who have been featured in Forbes 30 Under 30. We've raised $6.5M led by Eniac Ventures (early investors in Airbnb & Uber) and Tidal Ventures, with Better Capital, Ahead VC, Karman Ventures, Z21 Ventures, and Titan Ventures participating.
\n
\n
We're assembling a founding team of people who learn fast, raise the bar, and shape the company from day one. We're creating a category that doesn't have a name yet — iPaaS stops at Day 0, delivery starts at Day 1 and never ends, and we're the only ones covering both. This seat owns how that story gets told, to buyers, to sellers, and to analysts.
\n
\n
Key Responsibilities
\n
\n
- \n
- Own the narrative: Sharpen the positioning that separates us from iPaaS, middleware, and "just build it in-house," and make it consistent everywhere — site, deck, docs, outbound, and partner collateral
- Own analyst relations: Get Refold into the conversations Gartner and Forrester are having about integration, iPaaS, and AI agents. Run the briefings, the inquiries, the Market Guide and Magic Quadrant submissions, and turn what analysts tell us back into product and GTM input
- Arm the sales team: Battle cards against MuleSoft, Boomi, Workato, and SnapLogic; pitch decks; one-pagers; objection handling; POC and security collateral. Sales enablement here means the AE opens their laptop and everything they need already exists
- Run the content engine: Website copy, blog, customer stories, launch content, and the proof points that make the pitch land. We have quantified outcomes most startups would kill for — 8 months to 8 days, 8x delivery capacity, 82% of fields auto-mapped by the seventh deployment. Your job is to make sure the market hears them
- Land the launches: Own go-to-market for new capabilities end to end — messaging, collateral, enablement, and the measurement that tells us whether it worked
- Know the competition cold: Maintain live competitive intelligence and win/loss insight, and get it into the hands of the people in deals
- Market to two personas, not one: Product and platform teams buy Day-0 connector velocity; professional services and delivery leaders buy Day-1 throughput. The same product, two different stories — own both
- Feed the source of truth: Keep our canonical fact base current so every JD, sequence, and battle card downstream stays accurate

Role Information
\n
\n
- \n
- Audience: CTOs, CPOs, VPs of Product, and VPs of Professional Services / Delivery at sales-led software companies
- Competitive set: MuleSoft, Boomi, Workato, SnapLogic, Merge, and in-house build
- Current stack: HubSpot, Ghost, and a docs site we ship against
- Programs already running: The Unfolded podcast, persona-based nurture sequences, a monthly executive dinner series, and speaking slots at industry events
- Current growth team: 1 BDR, 1 AE, 2 Marketing, 4 Post-Sale, plus a 20-person engineering and delivery org

Required Skills & Abilities
\n
\n
- \n
- Senior PMM track record: 5–8 years in product marketing at B2B SaaS, with meaningful time at a Series A or B company where you built rather than maintained
- Technical product fluency: You've marketed something genuinely technical — integration, infrastructure, data, or developer tooling — and you can hold a conversation with an engineer without translating everything into metaphor
- Analyst relations experience: You've run a briefing, survived an inquiry, and know what it actually takes to get included in a Gartner Market Guide
- You write the thing yourself: Positioning docs, battle cards, launch posts, customer stories. This is a hands-on seat, not a brief-writing one
- Enablement instinct: You measure your work by whether sellers use it and whether it changes win rates, not by how much of it exists
- Builder DNA: Comfortable when the category, the messaging hierarchy, and the competitive framework all need to be created rather than refreshed
- Presence matters: Based in the SF Bay Area and ready to collaborate in-office 3 days a week
\n
\n
\n

\n
Nice to Have
\n
\n
- \n
- Marketed to ISVs and platform teams, or to professional services and delivery organisations
- Experience with white-labeled or embedded products where your buyer's customer is the end user
- Background in the ERP ecosystem — SAP, Oracle, NetSuite, Workday, Salesforce
- Have driven a category creation or repositioning effort and have the before-and-after to show for it
- Comfortable using AI tooling to move faster on research, drafting, and competitive work
\n
\n
\n
\n
\n
\n
\n
Why do you want to work here?
\n
\n
- \n
- Impact: Fast-growing seed-stage company ($6.5M from Eniac Ventures & Tidal Ventures) with early Fortune 500-scale deployments and real, quantified customer outcomes
- Speed: A category to define and a narrative to own, with founder-level access and no layers between you and the decision
- Ownership: Cutting-edge AI solving a high-value enterprise problem nobody has cracked — backed by technical founders building a next-generation infrastructure platform
\n
