The BANK BRANCH OPERATIONS SPECIALIST OR OFFICER is responsible for the specific duties listed below.
Your specific duties will include:
- Deliver exceptional, personalized banking services to valued financial institution clients.
- Leverage comprehensive knowledge of banking operations to provide effective leadership, training, and ongoing support to branch staff.
- Maintain an extensive understanding of banking products and services, actively supporting the Branch Manager in driving branch growth and business development.
- Ensure strict compliance with all internal bank policies, standard operating procedures, and relevant state and federal banking regulations.
Required qualifications for the position include:
Branch Operations Specialist
- Minimum of 5 years of retail/commercial banking experience, including at least 2 years in operations and 2 years in a supervisory or leadership capacity.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Word, Excel, Outlook, and core banking software programs.
- Active Notary Public certification.
Branch Operations Officer
- Minimum of 8 years of comprehensive banking experience, including at least 4 years in operations and 4 years in a supervisory or management capacity.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Word, Excel, Outlook, and core banking software programs.
- Active Notary Public certification.
Pay Rate Range: $24.31 - $28.61/hour DOE
Compensation may vary outside of this range depending on a number of factors, including a candidate's qualifications, skills, competencies, experience, and location. Employees have access to healthcare benefits including medical, dental, and vision as well as a 401(k) plan.
