THIS POSITION IS LOCATED IN Pleasant Grove, CA.
SUMMARY

This position is a key driver in implementing improvements through all aspects of the company. The Project Manager role is to improve critical business processes that drive financial results, improve efficiency, productivity and customer satisfaction. This position will be responsible for developing project leads, both indirect and direct reports, with project management skills. The position will also have oversight responsibilities for all improvement projects and working with operating departments to implement new processes through effective change management. The position is responsible for developing employees’ Six Sigma skills.

ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS
· Lead enterprise-wide, divisional and department Six Sigma and continuous improvement projects working directly with Executive Management
· Manage multiple complex projects simultaneously using structured project management methodologies.
· Develop project charters, business cases, schedules, budgets, risk assessments, and communication plans.
· Ensure projects are delivered on time, within scope, and within budget.
· Apply Lean Six Sigma DMAIC methodologies to improve business processes.
· Facilitate process mapping, root cause analysis, value stream mapping, and waste elimination activities.
· Identify opportunities to improve productivity, quality, customer satisfaction, and operational efficiency.
· Utilize statistical tools to identify trends and validate process improvements.
· Present findings through dashboards, executive reports, and business presentations.
· Measure project financial impact including cost savings, cost avoidance, and productivity gains.
· Establish measurable project goals and key performance indicators (KPIs).
· Collect, analyze, and interpret operational and financial data.
· Facilitate cross-functional teams across divisions and departments. Influence stakeholders without direct authority.
· Coach Green Belts and project team members in Six Sigma methodologies.
· Lead project meetings, workshops, Kaizen events, and executive presentations.
· Develop organizational change management plans.
· Drive user adoption of new processes and technologies.
· Identify organizational barriers and implement mitigation strategies.
· Promote continuous improvement throughout the organization.
· Maintain project documentation and project portfolios.
· Ensure compliance with organizational standards and governance requirements.
· Support strategic planning and operational excellence initiatives.

QUALIFICATIONS
· Lean Six Sigma Black Belt Certification.
· 5+ years of project management experience.
· 5+ years leading process improvement initiatives.
· Strong knowledge of Lean, Six Sigma, Agile, and traditional project management methodologies.
· Experience leading cross-functional enterprise projects.
· Strong analytical and financial analysis skills.
· Excellent communication and presentation abilities.
EDUCATION AND/OR EXPERIENCE
Bachelor’s Degree or an equivalent level of work experience –five to seven years of professional level experience.

COMPENSATION
Wage Range $120,000 Annually
Wage depends on knowledge, skills and ability to perform the responsibilities of the job.
