Job Description Heavy Machinery Operator
Location: Morgan Hill California
Pay: $45 per Hour
Schedule: Full Time
Call 269-408-6738 6am to 5pm Daily!!!!
Overview
Operate and test 20-ton mining vehicles to ensure safety, performance, and reliability. Work closely with engineering teams and support vehicle testing.
Key Responsibilities
- Operate heavy mining vehicles safely
- Perform pre/post-trip inspections (DVIRs)
- Report issues and provide feedback to engineers
- Support vehicle testing (hardware & software)
- Follow all safety and compliance standards
- Travel up to 50% as needed
Requirements
- 5+ years heavy machinery experience
- Comfortable operating large (20-ton) vehicles
- Clean driving record
- Able to pass background check, drug test, MVR, and DOT physical
- No major violations, DUIs, or recent preventable accidents
- CDL A is a plus (not required)
- Reliable, safety-focused, and team-oriented
