Desired Experience & Qualifications:

  • Active, valid licensure in Speech-Language Pathology (California SLP credentials required)
  • Experience or strong interest in working with PK-5th grade students
  • Commitment to in-person service delivery
  • Ability to effectively manage a caseload of up to 55 students
  • Strong communication and organizational skills
  • Open to full-time, school-based hours: 7.75-hour days, 7:45 am–4:15 pm with a daily duty-free lunch

Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide direct therapy services to a diverse population of elementary-aged students
  • Conduct assessments, develop IEP goals, and collaborate with multidisciplinary teams
  • Keep accurate documentation and progress reports per school and district requirements
  • Engage with families and educators to foster inclusive, supportive learning environments
