Salary Conversion Range: $140,000 mid-range & bonus eligible

Remote/Onsite: Candidate must be in southern CA (onsite 3 days/week) – prefer onsite 5 days/week initially to get acclimated with the team prior to implementation

- The team has an upcoming project focused on time and scheduling.
- They are replacing ADP and currently do not have a system in place.
- Project is expected to start in July and run for approximately 9–12 months.
- Health System has limited business analyst support, so IT is currently filling that gap.
- They are looking to bring on a strong Business Analyst with expertise in time and scheduling.
- Client purchased UKG Pro Workforce Management (UKG Pro Accrual, UKG Pro Timekeeping hourly, UKG Pro People Analytics with Pro WFM Data), and UKG Pro Absence
- Timekeeping is the most critical piece. Also implementing Timekeeping and Absence. Scheduling will be next year, so it is strongly preferred experience/skills but not mandatory.

Key Requirements:
\n

- Must be local.
- Will work closely with the HRIS team.
- The new system being implemented is UKG (formerly Kronos).
- Role: Business Systems Analyst.
- Strong experience with UKG timekeeping is the top priority.
- Scheduling experience is preferred but not required.
- Must have functional knowledge of timekeeping from a business perspective.
- Hands-on experience with UKG/Kronos is highly preferred.
- Strong documentation skills (current state, configuration, and future state).
- Experience with process re-engineering and transitioning processes into UKG.
- Ambulatory clinic experience is a strong plus.
- Ability to effectively communicate across all levels of leadership.

Day-to-Day Responsibilities:

- Serve as part of the implementation team.
- Provide subject matter expertise in timekeeping, which is currently lacking internally (across HR and Payroll).
- Support and guide the payroll team as part of the broader HRIS function.
- Mentor team members on system usage.
- Facilitate collaboration, drive decision-making, and help lead the implementation process.
