Position Summary:
Fisica Space Vector is seeking a highly motivated and strategically minded Associate Program Manager to lead programs within our production portfolio. As a key member of the Space Vector program management team, you will drive the capture of new business and follow-on business within the Aerospace, Defense, and National Security sectors through execution excellence in production deliveries.
In this role, you will transition seamlessly between production planning and hands-on execution. You will be primarily responsible for the successful execution of products in the production and sustainment phases of the product life cycle. Additionally, you will be responsible for building customer relationships, identifying and qualifying multi-million dollar pipelines, and supporting or collaborating in support of major capture and proposal efforts to align with national security and Allied requirements.
Directs all phases of program execution from inception through completion. Drives program execution in order to achieve key business and financial objectives for orders, revenue recognition, operating income, and free cash flow for new, continuing, or current programs. Responsible for the cost, schedule and technical performance of company programs or subsystems of major programs. Participates in the negotiation of contract and contract changes. Coordinates the preparation of proposals, business plans, performance Statement of Work (SOW) and specifications, operating budgets and financial terms/conditions of contract. Acts as primary customer contact for program activities, leading program review sessions with customer to discuss cost, schedule, and technical performance. Establishes design concepts, criteria and engineering efforts for product research, development, integration and test. Expands the product line with the customer. Establishes milestones and monitors adherence to master plans and schedules, identifies program problems and obtains solutions, such as allocating resources or changing contractual specifications. Directs the work of employees assigned to the program from technical, manufacturing and administrative areas.

Education & Experience
- Education: Requires broad theoretical job knowledge. Bachelor’s Degree with 0 to 2 years of prior related experience. Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Science, Business Administration, or a related technical/business discipline is preferred.
- Experience: In lieu of a degree, minimum of 4 years of prior related experience.
Security & Compliance Requirements
- U.S. Citizenship: The ability to obtain and maintain a future Security Clearance is required for the role. Eligibility requires U.S. citizenship. Required due to the nature of our government contracts and handling of Controlled Unclassified Information (CUI) and ITAR-controlled technical data (no exceptions).
- Due to specific US Government contract requirements, dual citizenship may not be accepted. This position requires eligibility to obtain and maintain US Government security clearance.
- Clearance: Active Secret clearance is highly preferred; eligibility to obtain and maintain a Secret (or higher) security clearance is required.

In compliance with pay transparency requirements, the salary range for this role $70,500 - $129,500. This is not a guarantee of compensation or salary, as the final offer amount may vary based on factors including but not limited to experience and geographic location.
