Key Responsibilities
\n
\n
To assist customers in their insurance needs:
\n
Setup new policy;
\n
Edit existing policies;
\n
Payment processing;
\n
Renewals and reinstatements;
\n
Answering client questions;
\n
Networking and marketing in order to seek and develop new clients;
\n
Collaborate with the office manager in developing marketing strategies;
\n
Administrative tasks and policy renewals;
\n
Communicate with underwriting department to complete the policy procedures;
\n
Organize office on a daily basis and perform daily office cleaning routine.
\n
Qualifications
\n
\n
Motivated and ambitious individual willing to establish a career;
\n
Sales oriented approach and customer service experience (preferred);
\n
College/university degree (preferred);
\n
Bilingual in Mandarin;
\n
Reliable means of transportation;
\n
Basic computer skills; written and oral communication;
\n
Self-motivated, able to work independently with little supervision;
\n
Fast learner with ability to work with company/proprietary software.
\n
