- Powder blending, staging, and weigh-ups to exact formulas and specifications.
- Operating and monitoring production equipment to ensure safe, efficient output.
- Routine maintenance and troubleshooting when machines act up.
- Quality checks throughout the run to confirm products meet spec.
- Production line setups, changeovers, and teardowns.
- Accurate, timely data entry and documentation.
- Continuous improvement with teammates to streamline processes and reduce waste.
- Maintaining a clean, orderly, and safe workspace while following all safety procedures.
- Regular heavy lifting and product weighing.
What Do I Need to Bring?
- High school diploma or equivalent; bonus points for a technical certification.
- Prior experience in manufacturing or production settings.
- Mechanical savvy with practical troubleshooting ability.
- Clear communicator and reliable team contributor.
- Detail orientation with a strong quality and safety mindset.
- Flexibility to work different shifts as needed.
- Prior powder blending exposure is a plus.
