Location: Redwood City, CA
Position: Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA)
Schedule: Full-Time | 30 Hours/Week | 8:30 AM–4:00 PM or 8:15 AM–3:45 PM
Setting: High School & Post-Secondary | Grades 9–12+
A school-based program in Redwood City, CA is seeking a dedicated BCBA to provide behavioral support across multiple school sites. This opportunity will focus on assessment, behavior planning, consultation, and collaboration with educational teams supporting high school and post-secondary students.
Position Details:
ASAP through June 3, 2027
30 hours per week
Monday–Friday schedule
8:30 AM–4:00 PM or 8:15 AM–3:45 PM
7-hour workday with a 30-minute unpaid lunch
Grades 9–12+ and post-secondary students
Support across 2–3 school sites
Average of 10–15 FBAs/BIPs expected during the school year
No overdue FBAs or BIPs
Develop and monitor behavior intervention plans
Conduct functional behavior assessments as needed
Collaborate with teachers, staff, and multidisciplinary teams
Provide behavioral consultation and student support
Requirements:
Active BCBA certification
School-based or educational experience preferred
Experience with FBAs, BIPs, and behavioral data collection
Strong communication and collaboration skills
Ability to work across multiple school sites
Experience supporting secondary or post-secondary students preferred
