Position Summary

Key Responsibilities
- Provide friendly and attentive service to all guests.
- Take accurate food and drink orders and ensure timely delivery.
- Answer questions about the menu and make thoughtful recommendations.
- Maintain a clean and organized workspace, including tables and service areas.
- Collaborate with team members to create a seamless dining experience.
- Uphold Izakaya Ichie’s high standards of customer service and professionalism.
Required Skills and Qualifications
- At least 1 year of experience in a serving or similar customer-facing role.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment while maintaining attention to detail.
- Must be available to work weekend nights.
- A positive attitude and a genuine desire to provide excellent service.
