Controller – Multi-Unit Restaurant Group
Los Angeles, CA | $120,000–$140,000 + Benefits
A growing, multi-unit restaurant and hospitality group based in Los Angeles is seeking an experienced Controller to oversee accounting and financial operations across the organization.
This is a key leadership position for a hands-on finance professional who understands the pace and complexity of a multi-location restaurant business and can bring strong financial controls, reporting, and operational insight to the team.
What We’re Looking For
- 5+ years of progressive accounting/finance experience
- Restaurant, hospitality, franchise, or multi-unit experience strongly preferred
- Strong knowledge of GAAP and financial reporting
- Experience overseeing month-end and year-end close
- Budgeting, forecasting, cash flow, and financial analysis
- Strong understanding of restaurant P&Ls, labor, COGS, and operating expenses
- Experience with AP, AR, payroll, reconciliations, and general ledger
- Ability to improve accounting processes, systems, and internal controls
- Strong analytical and communication skills
- Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field preferred
- CPA is a plus
Compensation
- $120,000–$140,000 base salary
